Did anyone take a v6(3.4) and do a v8 swap? If so do you like it would you do it again and is it worth it?

I posted this on the camaro side but didnt get the replies I was looking for. I just want some opinions on it.

I could get the swap done from a 1997 camaro with 54,000 miles on it.
parts and labor would cost around $2500.

My car has 50,000miles on it and I would like to get an engine with a lot less miles but cant find any, that are resonable priced

we get this question about every 2 months in here. Usually we agree its not a good idea price wise...but for 2500 bucks....sounds pretty good.i would see if u can find an LS1 and put it in there..ls1's are in high demand still so i would imagine it would cost u a bit more. But hey.. if u stick with an LT1 you'll get more bitches. Just ask Luos
