installing Sway Bars/Anti-Roll Bars and Lower Strut Bars..?

When installing any of theses Susp. components do you have to have special equipment or have to remove the shocks and springs..? Is it an easy do it your self...? Is nuespeed a good brand for the money.? I currently have Eibach Sportline with Koni Yellows.... and Eibach alignment kit...

Sway bars are pretty self explainatory. Lower strut bars should be pretty straight forward - you might want to get a friend to help you out.

The only thing you need is a jack and some hand tools, and some patience.
For the price Neuspeed makes the best shock tower braces, sway bars are a toss up, some of the best pieces for Hondas IMO right now are the Comptech Sport kits. When it comes time to install them check back for some tips.
Lower tie bars are easy but, there can be some problems, as stupid as it sounds getting the bolts back through the control arms when you put stuff back together. So be prepared to be patient.

Thumbs up to the Neuspeed strut tower bars. I have a polished finish 4-point Neuspeed bar under my hood, in my opinion it's one of the best bars you can buy!
As for the lower tie bar install, like he said, patience is all you need, those lower control arm bolts are a bizatch to both pull out AND put back in! Having a jack (both rear wheels off the ground preferably) will greatly help you out with that, as you'll have no weight other than that of the parts themselves, on the suspension when you take the bolts out.

thanks guys.... i'm probably gonna go with either the eibach swaybar kit or the somp tech sway, and maybe a nuespeed upper strut bar... And if i get in trouble with the install i'll be here...:D

The sway bar (rear at least) is a piece of cake, I installed the one I have in like 2 minutes. :cool:
The tie bar was another story. I got so frustrated with trying to get the LCA bolts out, that after 2 hours I was just like "screw it!" and took it to a shop to put it on for me for $30. :bloated:
