Checking my ECU & taking it out

im going to me checking my ecu for trouble codes with my digital voltameter. and also taking my ecu to check if everything is in working order, what are things i should look for? i have a 92 gs with a 4g63 non-turbo 2.0 with high miles....

not true dude,i believe the early 1 gens have a nonturbo 4g63

No, the 1g non turbo's came with the n/a version of the 4g63.
There isn't much of a difference between the two motors besides a different compression ratio, and oil squirters I think. Don't quote me on that lol.

Yea, that is what I realized after I posted, that it was a 1g car that the guy is talking about, and I am not all too familiar with the 1g's. Oh well, you live and learn!

okay now were talking about some guys stupid therorys on there is no 4g63 yet he owns a DSM...hmm i think you should buy a honda dude,,, can anyone answer my question

Yea, that is what I realized after I posted, that it was a 1g car that the guy is talking about, and I am not all too familiar with the 1g's. Oh well, you live and learn!

If you would read a little more carefully you would notice that he said thats not even an engine in reference to you saying that your n/t was a 4g63. Which in fact there is a 4g63 n/t motor... In 1g's... But, he also said that the 4g63's are all turbo... Which is true in 2g's which is what he owns and he even said that he is unfamiliar with the 1g's... We all don't know everything about every generation of a car. Take a chill pill boyertown...
