here is what I would do.

Here are a few things to consider. Keep in mind some things such as the cams and VAFC are going to have to be dyno tuned. Try to get those things done first. I would leave the VAFC to last though becuase you want it reacting at peak performance for your setup, then you change your setup and you if you want peak performance you should go dyno tune the AFC again. So the VAFC I would buy last.

well, there's some redundancy and just plain useless parts in your setup. if you're going for looks, get everything. if you're going for performance, forget the injectors, rail, and fpr as they arent needed for a naturally aspirated buildup. these all flow more fuel than any naturally aspirated honda motor needs.

besides, the VAFC will tune fuel, and you do not need more fuel than the VAFC can tune in... so the fpr is a definite waste of money.

here would be my list, in order

1. Cams and adjustable sprockets. you'll gain enough for your buttdyno to feel with this mod alone. since you're installing the cams, it will be easy to just drop in the sprockets at the same time, so get them both at the same time.

2. Intake manifold. you probably wont feel shit from this mod since it's about the same design as the B16A manifold. i'd personally get the stock manifold ported and polished, and portmatch an overbored throttlebody with it. that would be your biggest gain.

3. VTEC controller. then get the cams and fuel tuned on the dyno. now if you only have $300 burning a hole in your pocket, get the VAFC now as it wont make much difference when you get this. you can also use it to drop your VTEC x-over on a stock motor and gain a few midrange ponies.
