Quick question - 98 Lude w/ DVD

What up people. I have a 98 Prelude with a 7 inch monitor custom fit in my dash and a DVD player in the glove box. I was just wondering - sometimes I get lines that run through my screen - sort of like a current running through it that makes the picture wavy at times. Any ideas as to what it is and how to fix the problem? Let me know. I also sometimes get a faint whistling sound as I accelerate or rev. Got any ideas as to what this is, and how to fix that too? Beside that, my lude is great... I just want to fix these minor problems because theyre just annoying.

I dunno about the screen thing, but i'm assuming you have your dvd player plugged into your cigarette lighter or hardwired to a 12v line. That's what's causing the faint whistling sound as it's being driven off the alternator.
