slight steering clunk

Does anyone know if the 2004 Grand Prix's have issues with the steering intermediate shafts clunking like some of the other W body GM cars?

I have an '04 GP with the same problem.

Service bulletin #04-02-35-004D "Clunk noise from front of vehicle during turning maneuver/steering wheel rotation (need to replace intermediate steering shaft).


This problem effects the following vehicals

2004-2004 Buick Regal

2001-2003 Cadillac Secille

2000-2004 Chevrolet Impala, Monte Carlo

1998-2002 Oldmosbile Intrigue

2001-2003 Oldmobile Aurora

1997-2004 Pontiac Sunfire

2000-2004 Pontiac Bonneville

2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
