wipers

When my wipers come down to reset in the "rest" position the passenger side one makes a clank sound like it's hitting something at the base of the windshield. Does it sound like it needs to be adjusted?

If I'm not mistaken, I thinks thats normal. Its just hitting the stopper/cradle that keeps it in its resting place.

Yeah you're right. It hits like a bump-stop and then the cradle. Man it gets loud when it's cold though. I need to put something on the cradle to soften the blow. Thanks!

I hate how it's designed to retract. I use TYco blaes which are so light they jump and leave a nice waterspot at the bottom of my windshield.
