90 4 runner wont start

i was jumping/wheeling and going thru some mud and come to the parking lot and stopped and killed the engine when we were ready to leave i tryed to start it and it wouldnt start. ive checked all the connections on the starter and to and from the battery even replaced some wires but nothing seems to be working for me. its an automatic v6 and theres a 15 amp fuse hooked up to the positive end of the battery that every time i try to start it it blows. the first time i try to turn it on it will click then just some noise im guessing cause the fuse keeps blowing. can anyone help me?

Starter! Will the engine turn over by hand or wrench?

eh fixed it a wire on the inside of the starter snapped if you attached it to that it would start but way ghetto and unreliable got a new one from my work kragens works great now
