figured out the problem was a coil pack. but now the low coolant light comes on any ideas why this would be the coolant level is full.
it's a 93 chevy lumina 3.1 car 4 door with 175,000 miles.

Some coolant overflow tanks have a float sensor in them. If the level gets too low, then the light goes off. If this is the case, just ad a little fluid. Also, uplug and replug the connector to this if you do have one. Maybe the connection is a little corroded.
Temp sensors usually monitor in the engine, while coolant is usually monitored in the overflow tank.

Try cleaning out your coolant tank. The sensor sometimes gets full of crud. It happens to my grand am. Have to clean it out once a year.
