hey guys,
got a90 teg rs,got CEL 43 fuel supply code, now ive heard that OBD0 doesn't have a 43 code, but i searched it and i typed OBD0 trouble codes and I saw a 43 code there.....anyways,along with this code my car doesnt start in the cold weather, so i got my car towed to my mechanic and it sat out there for a few days, he checked the fuel pressure and he told me that i needed a new fuel pump, so i got one.Got the car back and it sat in the garage overnight......the car started....no CEL's and it was very responsive....then i bring it home and it sits for 3 hours, and it woulldnt start up, so i did some research and found it might be a coolant temp sensor, so i replaced that because it was cheap and easy, still no start, i put my ear right to the pump cover under the seat and turn the ignition on and i hear nothing...i took off my fuel line from the fuel filter and turned the ignition on and got nothing......if anyone has any ideas please share, cause im out of ideas,,,,,,thanks

well, if you dont hear the main relay, then, you should test it.

bad soldering on the relay connections. test the main relay. actually, if you dont hear it near the glove department with the key in the "ON" position, then it has more than likely took a crap on you. test it.

what do i need, a test light or voltmeter or something, and if that is messed up, shouldnt any other systems be affected?
