1999 Malibu.. Change Headlights????

Can anyone please tell me how to change the headlights on the 1999 Malibu.. They both went out on me and I have been driving w/ the brights on. Not sure exactly how to change um. Lost my manual. Actually I don't think I ever even got one with the car. someone please help! Thanks!!

Open the hood. Remove the black plastic cover on top of the headlight. There are two plastic push-in pins to hold this piece. You only need to remove the inner pin and swing the piece of plastic out. There are two tabs that hold the headlight assemblies. Pull the tabs straight up then pull the whole headlight assembly out of the car (to the front) to change the bulb. It can be done under 5 minutes. I changed mine to Silverstar one, much better. Good luck
