i was just wondering if anyone knows anything about the fk cup kit. I was thinking about buying it since it is only $465 and I need a whole new suspension. I would buy some coilovers but I am on a budget. Does anyone have any opinions about it and how it compares with the oem setup?

ive heard quite a bit about them...and if you're gonna go for a spring/shock setup (which is essentially what a cup kit is) then dont go with fk, there is much better (ie. koni's... im not biased just cuz i have them ;) ). go big the first time, dont do things over again, you'll end up spending even more money and wasting time. save for coils
or get koni's they're just as good, if not better (performance wise)

but are they as cheap? I am really on a budget here and if they are better than OEM i will be satisfied.

dont compromise when it comes to suspension. go big or go home. FK "cup kit" (i didn't know they had one... are you talking about the HiTec matched springs/shocks?) are around $500-600. what kind of budget are you talking about? with $500-600 you can get an ample suspension

The vw tuner by my house said they sell a lot of them and it was only $465. I figured anything would be better than what I have right now...
