Avalon Transmission

I have a 1995 Toyota Avalon XLS and the automatic transmission is sluggish about changing out of first gear until it warms up. I have changed the fluid and cleaned the filter. Any other suggestions?

This is normal, to a point, the tranny will behave differently until the engine is warmed-up.It will shift a little rougher until it is warmed-up and the computer takes over.
