98 Grand Caravan LE and Remote Entry Programming

I just purchased a 98 Grand Caravan, I have 1 working remote access but want to purchase another. While looking online it appears the remote I have by appearance is actually for 99. I will be purchasing a new remote and was hoping someone could tell me how to program it.

I just purchased a new remote for my 97 T&C and in the owners manual it explains everything.
