1999 Malibu Won't Start

Fuel Pump wasn't working and replaced it. Pump works now but it still won't start. Replaced the ignition switch and followed the programming procedure. Still won't start. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what the problem is? I am posting this for a freind and I will try to get more info.

Lots of feedback indicates it might be a MAP sensor problem. Check that out. Its the silver plate between the air filter housing and the tude to the throttle oplate and it has a connector.
