Apexi Turbo Timer Wiring

My friend is wiring in a turbo timer into an Accord with an h22a swap, the car also has an alarm (which I'll get to). There are 6 wires that need to wired in 12V constant, ground, handbrake, o2 sensor, ignition 1 and ignition 2. We're trying to wire everything through the ECU if possible, as the relay and wires are going to be hidden behind the glovebox. I'm using this as a guide for the P13 ECU: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t211027.html As well as the "wiring manual" that came with it, saying to use the ground at A26 and O2 at D14. I know D1 is a constant power, but the other 2 ignition wires I'm not sure about. Should we wire them into a constant power or somewhere that will have power when the key is on but the engine is off (or even 1 on the constant and the other on the key on/engine off)? Possible choices (that I see) for the key on/engine off are A1, A2, A3, A5, A6, A7, A19, A25, and B1 (Injectors, HO2S Circuit, fuel pump control circuit, intake control solenoid, and PGM-FI main relay; respectively).
The next issue is with the alarm. I've heard of people having problems with the alarm turning on after the turbo timer turns the car off. We don't know what kind of alarm it is, because we didn't put it in. Is there a certain place we should hook the wires in so the turbo timer doesn't effect the alarm?
What a freaking headache... Any help is greatly appreciated as we are trying to get this car done today (15th) if possible.

Nevermind, we got it working straight off the ignition.
