engine swap

I'm about to get an engine swap in my 96 civic ex to a B18. I'm wondering if my factory ex motor will fit and work in my 87 crx that hasn't moved in......2 years? maybe 3? And if so what am i going to need...? ecu, harnes, etc....help?
