Our new van now has less than 200 miles on it and the navi went out and asked for the 4 digit code as if we lost power,
then the check fuel cap code came up as somthing is wrong with the emissions system, andd the power doors don't always want to open. I am taking the van back in the morning hoping to resolve these issues, I will update as progress happens
we just traded an 04 mdx that never had one problem and never
saw the dealer once it left the lot
whats up Honda
Has anybody had these problems ???
the van is only 4 days old !!!
today 12-15
took the van to the dealer to have the service writer mock me on the door problem and they did give it the 6 hour fresh air treatment
basicly they said the gas cap was loose from the pourter that fueled it up origanily, and they said the van is tip top and absolutly nothing wrong, I amiginge the grind when it first goes into drive when it's cold
all in all I think it's a good van but I just hate the dealer mocking
when I had my lexus any who or ha, I was given a loaner and treated with respect
honda beter step up the cust service !!!

Hey- ours is dead...no power at all. I hope they treat us better than they treated you! I'm sure our salesman knew it too. He walked us through all the buttons, etc. and pushed the screen down and back up pretty quickly talking about batteries in the wireless headphones...
