chaged my valve seals today

Yup, had to change them, it was burning oil like gasoline. we got 8 changed tomm we should finish. problem tho. on the last one, the frigging little clip to hold the spring in place fell in the block, and we couldnt compress it over night, so we had to take the air out, prolly dropped the valve, friggin frig. any advice?

not to steal this post but how much would it cost to have a shop replace my valve seals....ive never done it before...but i prolly could do it if i read about it...the only problem is i work full time and go to school full time so i dont have any time to work on my car...so anyone got a clue of the parts and labor costs
