can i attach 93 model side skirts from a gto to my 92 stealth? and does any one know where i can get ahold of some exzotic car paint i want to paint it burning crimson red.

I think I read someplace that you can swap those skirts like that, but I can't find the link.

It will bolt right up. You need the door caps to go along with it or it wont look right,

can i also do a front bumber exchange?

You can. But you will need headlight lids, snake eyes, and turn signals as well.

i thought the stock snake lights on my stealth would work. i thought it was a plastic cover over them?

nope the RT snakes and healight lids are totally different than all other first gen 3s's.
