Knocking, ticking not the time belt or tensior

I have a 1994 3.2 v6 4wd, and my motor recently just started ticking and seems to get worse the colder it gets. I noticed alot of people try the product sea foam in which i am a little leary. The ticking seems to be just on the right side its weird because I just purchased this automobile, and the motor ran very smoothly, this was very sudden. It stills shifts and drives very nicely but that knocking is driving me crazy :)

i had the same problem with my 95 rodeo they told me it was the lifters i had them changed upper and lower and everything seems fine now

Thank You I might have to look into that, I changed my oil and the noise seems to subsied a little.
