brake pressure problem

hey guys, when im driving really fast in my 69 bug my brake pedal will lose its pressure and i have to pump it one time to get it back. This also happens everytime i take sharp turns. i have disk in the front and i want to know what makes the pressure go away.

how old is the master cylinder and do the back brakes need to be adjusted .
