1996 ranger flasher. (where is it?)

My turn signal stopped blinking. I bought a new flasher(small round 2 prong)thingy. But now I can't find it on my truck anywhere. HELP .cap

Older Rangers have a tip down fuse panael,to the right of the steering wheel.The flasher should be there.

Thanks, but I looked around both sides, and nothing. I can hear it blinking sometimes, and it seems to be coming from behind the panel below steering column. 2 screws hold the panel on, I will take it off and look for it tomorrow. its got to be behind it.. I hope:)
