93 3000 vr4 question

On my 93 vr4, my ECS button, does not work? is there a fuse you can replace or something? When i crank the car, it lights up on the dash in the bottom left corner tour and sport, but when i press the ecs button, nothing happens? What could cause this, and what can you do to fix it? Second of all, the clutch is slipping after 115000, miles. If i buy the stock replacement will that be ok. I do not race, but i do get down on it every once in a while? Stock from mitsubishi clutch kit with clutch kit bearing was 283. I can get it put in for about 350.

The ECS went out on my 3000gt a few times. After a while I realized that every time it happend it was raining outside or I went through a car wash and therefore my car was wet. Every time it dries off it works agian and stops blinking. However I do believe there is aa fuse for it, check your fuse box and there should be labels on the outside which tell which fuses go where, I would find that fuse and check it.

I made a mistake, I saw the ECI fuse... it was a while ago that I had looked in my fuse box
