Hello board I have a 1984 Chevy Caprice Classic and a couple of days ago I broke the ignition but don't know which part of the ignition, when I turn the key that is all it does is turn, I do not have to hold it to crank it like usual, and when I turn the key none of the dashboard lights(check engine battery etc.) come on when in starting position and the car won't start at all, then when I turn the key back to accessory mode I can't get my radio to come on either, plus the car is now able to shift without the key being in the ignition, so I guess my question would be which part will I have to order? and could I put it in myself?

This "." is a full stop.
It is your friend, and when your asking for help it is our friend to.
It lets you form whats called a "complete sentance" which lets us understand what you are saying.
So instead of starting a second thread, go back to your old thread and rephrapse your question useing full stops after each statement.
Then we can understand what, you are, saying, and don't, have to read through several lines, of only badly placed, commas, that break your spefic points up into lots of meanginless rambling that is very hard to understand because, we can't understand what your trying, to comunicate, ok?
