It's above the gas tank, towards the diff, it is also a PITA to change. Toyota put it there because it is not supposed to be changed on a regular basis like the other filters. Unless you dumped sand into the gas tank it is probably fine. If you do want to change it you need either some skinny hands or you need to drop the tank. Only two bolts hold it on IIRC, but the hoses can be a pain also.

At 122,000 it is time. Be sure to use line wrenches. If you use regular box wrenches you will strip the lines.

Ok thanx for all the help. Is it hard to drop that tank?

It is not too hard if you have a helper and a Haynes manual. Drain it. There is a plug under the tank. It is a square plug designed to be removed with a 3/8 ratchet. There are 2 straps that hold the tank up. There are 2 bolts at the front of the tank that hold them on. Undo all the electrical connections. There is a trim piece in the gas door that has to be removed to allow the filler neck to drop out. Be careful when dropping the tank. You have to lower it part way then disconnect the fuel lines. Be careful you don't damage the filler neck.
