thirdgen.org has some banners at the top of their page that sell suspension parts for our cars...id get some subframe conectors, lower control arms, shoks and struts...and maybe a wonder bar or strut tower brace.

cool, thanks :) spohn.net looks like a good place to shop... ill have to do a little research though to find out whats best... most of this stuff is bolt-on right?

SFCs will make a world of difference. There are bolt ons, but in all reality, welding is much better. There is a set that I'm looking at that bolt in, then I'll weld em anyways (provided I still have Camaro).

Now this car sat for a while right (not including the period it "lived" with your mechanic)?

Might be a good idea to look at all the bushings for dry rot. And mostly the base of the whole suspension, the tires.

yeah, poly bushings and new shocks struts and springs (i got all that for my 88 2.8 camaro for 430 dollars when i had it) and it made a huge handeling difference. get the energy suspension bushing kit. you will have to get alot of the bushings pressed in and out by napa or a machine shop somewhere.
