11 Miles per Gallon

hey is it normal to be getting 11 MPG?? i have the 4.8 4x4. i seldomly use 4x4, and recently with the cold weather i was wondering if that had somehting to do with it, or is there possibly somehting wrong? i also have only 150 lbs for wieght. but it seems a little rediculous that im getting only 11 MPG

That doesn't seem right to me. I've got the 5.3 and was getting almost 17mpg before I put my bigger tires on. After that it dropped to a little over 14. It doesn't seem right that I'm getting better milage than you. I'm hoping that in a couple of months when I get my exhaust and nelson tune I can get back up to at least 17 if not higher. I would look at getting a tune-up done. You didn't say what year you've got and how many miles you have on it......
