Ford Sierra cartoon car (1st try)

Hi guys. Greetings from Finland
This seems to be a awesome forum so I had to join in. I also saw some guy making cartoon looking cars...I think he is George Trosley. Well they looked so awesome that I just had to use same method. Unfortunately I´m really newbie so result isin´t very good.

Anyway I wanted to draw my car, Ford Sierra 2.0 Coupé heh.

Looks cool, but in my oppinion you need to clean up the wheels/rims, even for a cartoon.

i like it. It'd be better redrawn in pencil..

Hey Rallydriver... good first attempt. When starting, less is more... it's easier to add than to delete details.. for a newbie, your perspective is good - cleaner elliptical wheels will add so much. Keep up the good work. Roboduck

we've all been there, mate. i started off very rough and its taken me a lot of time and practice to get to the standard i'm at now....which is an 'alright' standard. i'm still improving, and i'll never stop improving. I still have really bad days too.

just keep persevering. when you start improving, the feeling of satisfaction is awesome! stick with it, and dont be scared to ask 'silly' questions.

Thanks. Yesterday I bought a scanner. Wohoo. Now I can start serious drawing.
I want to make a realistic cars, not so much toons. But I really suck.
