hi,
i have a 1993 clio automatic. (my first car)
The automatic transmission has a button next to it- one is 'c; and one is 's'.
I think this is for Comfort and Sport- can anyone explain what this means and how i should use it?

Also it has 1,2,3 on the gearstick panel - is this so the car can be used manually?

Thanks for your help!

Hi mordi,
The 'C' is definitely 'comfort', but the 'S' may be sport or it may be 'standard'. I am certain that it facilitates automatic gear changes at different revs per minute. Best thing is to try them both BUT NOT WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION. My automatic is a Mercedes and one is warned not to change from C to S mode without stopping the car first. I hope this helps a little. Happy New Year.
