If not I would suggest that the idea was put into consideration.
Basic sites like Tamiya Home Page, revel, ..etc...
Tut sites, usefull links that sort...

Yes there is a links thread....I think it's lost in the old threads but using the search feature should bring it up.

 Be sure to add what type of "Link" you're lookin' for such as "Model Gallery Links" or " Model Manufacturer Links", etc., as simply searching for "links" will bring up endless results . . . :comprage1

Like some other things on here, they're just not NOOB/user friendly . . . :shakehead

Sadly, like the FAQ and Howtos, half of the link don't work anymore :(

But the link to ScaleWiki is included in the FAQ, and doesn't ScaleWiki have a link page?

That is always going to be the case with link pages unfortunately.

SO you want a link page to look through to find "basic" sites when you can just type then in your browser? That means you would have to come onto AF, get to the automotive art section, search for thread, or if it were stickied, search through the many links(no doubt there would be many). When you could just type the "basic" site on your browser, or search in yahoo or google, which would be alot easier and take less time. A links page with other har do tinfd sites would make more sense. Or maybe that's what you meant?

On reply to this... yes I was thinking of links that we don't really hear about. I mean... finding the tamiya page isn't a task ... its those sites that "maybe" have been mentioned a long long time ago and forgotten.. which DO help a lot of us... But on the other hand listing some common sites may help a few... like before I joined AF I thought that Tamiya was the only company that makes models. (tamiya is cheap here and practically the only type of model sold more commonly... first time I saw a boxed Revel kit was after an hour drive to a more 'professional' LHS)
