good sparkplug?

I have a 87 supra turbo, What is a good plug to run in it? Also what are some good wires?

when i bought the car, mine was jumpy. so i changed the plugs to the NGK iridium and let me tell you, i will never use any other plugs! they are about $25AUSx6.

ok i will use thoes but napa was telling me that they recomend the lazers platimums. But i know the iridium is a good plug because i used it in other cars. So i think i will get thoes.
