Hi, I have a 97 1500 Ram and had the same trouble. Under the battery tray is the servo unit. It has a cable plugged into it and the vacuum line, which is about 1/8' thick. Mine broke off at the 90 elbow where it goes into the unit. I got a short length of vac-line just big enough to fit the ends into and I used J B Weld to glue it. That was a year ago and it's still working fine. Good luck! John M.
