i would take the fuel line off at the engien and see if fuel comes out of the fuel line when you turn the key on. and put it in a jar because alot come out.
if alot comes out then it looks like your injectors. if not then you gotta start tracing back from there.
any codes?

you hear the fuel pump coming on and you took the fuel line off at the fuel rail and no fuel came out.
well start working back from there, take off the fuel line going into the fuel filter and see try turn the key on and see if fuel comes out of there. see what i mean? start working back.

well where did you measure the amount of fuel coming out from?
measure the amount at:
-the fuel rail
-the input for the fuel filter
-go under the car at the trank where the tank line meets up with the body hard line. this one is important becuse if nothing is coming out of there then you gotta worry about it being the fuel pump. oh and spray that thing down the wd40 or liquid wrench because i tried to take mine off and i ripped the hard line and let me tell you its a bitch to replace
