Wont Start

Hey everyone, got some questions!:
I brought my car home from work last week and it ran just fine, it was about 10 below zero out tho but it was still all good. I work night shift so it was about 8 am when I got home and parked it (only had about 1/4 tank of gas tho). The next night, I went to start it and it just cranked...wouldnt start. So had to hitch a ride for a few days and worked on it quite a bit the last few days. 12-5 I put in about 5 gallons of gas and two bottles of iso-heat. I also put the car in the garage figuring the gas lines were frozen....Next day I put 2 heaters around the car and hooked up a battery charger just for starting it....Still nothing, and had a lot to do so left it. Yesturday I pulled off my entire intake and strut bar, pulled and relaced all the plugs, checked for spark and fuel pressure and everything looks fine, sprayed starting fluid in the intake and on the plugs and put it all back together and still nothing....Just cranks....I dont think its fuel related because I pulled a clip off the the gas line on the fuel rail and it sprayed when we tryed starting it....
Any ideas??!?!? PLEASE! :)
PS I havent had any problems before this, has started and run fine for the last three years Ive had it. Ill be towing it with a friends truck this week probley to a dealership but dont wana spend alot on it if I dont have too plus it is a 93 V6 5spd but has 210k on it....
