1. Auto trunk closing & 2. Steering Lock

Hi,

1.Am in UK with a 728 sports. Have problem with auto trunk ("boot") mechanism where it's slowed down a great deal over recent weeks and makes a kind of wheezing, grinding noise as if it's going to stop altogether. Any one had the same experience or know how it can be cured without much dealer ££££/$$$$?

2. Also, steering lock seems to have stopped working when I take the key out the ignition. No matter how much I slightly turn the steering wheel, the lock doesnt engage. Any advice?
