Cleaning Fuel Injectors

I've decided to use some Fuel Injector cleaner. Anyone ever heard of Seafoam? Well that's what I've got and I'm going to use that. Thing is, what's the best way to use it? Directions say it can go in the gas tank or the PCV valve. Tried the second one, don't think I was doing it right though, cause I couldn't pour it in there lol. Said to do it while the car was on, and I'm wondering how that's possible if. Maybe I was doing something wrong...

Vacuum line is for decarbonizing. Fuel tank cleans the injectors. PCV valve is not the best way.

it works good from my experience, you will blow alot of smoke if you use it to decarbonize
to do that you put it into a vac line, ask other here as I'm not sure if its the same way as on my 240sx when i did it, the vac line was on the brake booster
also I was told to do it on the 240sx not sure with the celica havn't done it, you pour some into the oil, let it run for a little while then change the oil [they siad to change the oil like twice], and when you run it thru the gas tank they said to use like one bottle and a full tank for better results in cleaning
