HELP.....PLEASE! 91 Buick Park Ave

91 Buick Park Avenue ignition switch doesn't run the starter. I suspect
a problem with the anti- theft system. I would like too eliminate the need for the pellet on the key and related equipment. Does any one know how to do this?
