MAP sensor

i have a b16 in a 91 hatch and i have the fuel pressure set at 40PSI and its running real rich if you walk behing your eyes will water someone told me i need a different MAP sensor or what else do you think it could be and it stutters if im cruising at any rpm any help would greatly appreciated !!!!!

TAKE IT TO A DYNO AND GET THE FPR SET PROPERLY!

Or just take it off and replace your butchered factory FPR
