b18c1 J-SPEC GSR
b18c1 JDM GSR
which is better? both come with tranny and both complete between $2500-$3000
Engine will be going in either a 96 or 98 Civic Ex
How hard will it be to do a turbo with these engines?? Is there a straight bolt on kit or am i gonna have to get custom piping done?
What else will i need to do the instal of either engine? Motor mounts...etc? How much should i be looking at paying for parts?

first it's just Type R, no gsr added onto the end of it.
The GSR is one motor, which is the B18C1, USDM.
Then there's the Type R, B18C which is the JDM motor or the B18C5 which is the USDM Type R motor.
The motor that most tuners would choose if they had a choice is the JDM type r, B18C. Next best would be the USDM B18C5, after that would be the B18C1, gsr motor, which you can find in 1 out of 5 integras driving around.
