i live in southern ma got first season snow
went to switch to 4h no light on switch
PLEASE HELP BEFOR I GO BACT TO THE DEALER

Gm recalled the transfer case control module.

The dash switches had frequent failures, I don't believe the module was a recall but a TSB and software update.

I had the same problem, what I did was disconnect the battery for about 5 min. After reconnection it was fixed and I didn't even those any of my settings on the radio.
