All four rotors, wow. Talk about added weight. 28lbs for 2 :) Anyways, does anyone know if I need to break these in? Also, whats a good brake pad to use? Damn, they look nice :) They should give me what? 15-20 extra horsepower?

Didn't you sell your car? I saw it on eBay.

I was trying, but nobody wanted to pay what I wanted to get. Besides, the bidder backed out :) I was hoping to get close to 5k for it, but oh well. So, I have decided to keep it, and finish what I started.

No, im a cheap skate, I couldnt afford a bigger upgrade kit. The rotors I got, are slightly bigger than stock. I kept all stock calipers etc.

still cool... how much did you pay for the rotors?

$110 for a pair, so $220 for front and back.

are you sure those are Brembos? first of all...all brembo rotors come in a goldish coated color for rust preventions and are the same OEM size. beacuse if it's bigger, it might not clear with the dust shield inthe back and it probably wont fit in the factory caliper unless you relocate it.

Well, they were advertised as brembos, came in a brembo packaging, and look like what a shop in town also has. When I say slightly larger, Im not talking about inches, i mean slightly. They fit fine, I put them on Sunday. They work great, stop great, feel great. Even if they were not brembos, I guess i got screwd then. For 70 bucks a pair, I could have got some cheap shit from AutoZone. So these should at least last longer.

ok, was just double checking...cuz usually $110 for the front pair is about 30bucks below my cost so was quite amazed by the price you got them at.

Nah, I saw them on there and was wondering. I hope you don't live in a place where it gets really cold in the winters, cuz they'll crack (due to cross drilling).

does the p10 and p11 share the same rotor size and bolt pattern? (4X114.3)

bolt pattern is the same, but the rotors are not from what i've heard. the offsets are all different.

No I think just the diameter is different. The P11 rotor is 1/2" bigger.

maybe it was that then... :D

They won't crack if they're true Brembo's. The only proven time that cross-drilled rotors crack is if the holes were drilled after production of the rotor, Brembo doesn't use this process due to this factor. Besides, I don't think manufacturers like Porsche and Ferrari would equip their cars with big performance cross-drilled's if they just gonna crack because it's cold or ridden on too hard. A G20 won't have nearly the clamping power of a high end Italian car, so I wouldn't worry about it. Only cheap cross-drilled's crack. When you get condensation on a cold night, during warm-up you might notice a momentary series of jerks with a dull tapping noise. This is just the rotor warming up getting rid of the condensation that has gathered on the rotor. I hope you notice a difference, please inform me (or us), I'm curious. I wanted to buy some, but didn't know if anyone had tested them first.

yep, the p10 rotors are smaller than the P11 by .5inches....when i got my brembo rotors, the first ones i got were for a P10 and it pissed the hell outta me.
brembo rotors are not gonna crack cuz they're BREMBO! hehe...but in the morning, when it's cold, braking isnt that good until you drive it for few mins and it starts to brake normal.

Well, so far, I am pleased with them. I cant say I can really feel the stopping power over the stock rotors. I have been able to get the ABS kicking in on clean, dry road. But then again, I dont know if I could have before, because I didnt try it. I would say, if you have the chance, get them. They look nice sitting beind the wheel. :)

Actually, Brembo does not produce cross drilled aftermarket rotors anymore. The reason why high end cars use cross drilled brakes and they don't crack is because their brakes are huge (not to mention that the rotors are Carbon Metallic, not steel like us peons are left to use). And you'd have to be stupid to drive a Ferrari in the winter.
