HELP ck eng lt 95' f-150

My check engine light came on after a cold night, and the truck did not want to idle right. after i restarted it about 10 times it would idle. when i would accelerate the light would go off, when i let off the gas it came back on if i accelerate hard the engine would like buck. after i drove it for about 10 miles the light went out and stayed out. then later that day after a cold start it started and ran fine till about 20 miles then it started again. my guess is either a mass air flow sensor or oxygen sensor. but im not sure. Some one please HELP.
