if you bought a used car 69,00 cutlass supreme transmission fluid looks clean. when would you change it? any opinions will help

If you don't have any maintenance records on this vehicle, I would go ahead and change it. Don't flush the transmission just change the fluid and filter. For a few dollars you can have piece of mind and probably a longer life for your transmission.
