from 0 to about 12 mph you can hear the engine rev and than it yanks the car until u take your foot off the gas im thinking trans the car has 117,000 miles on it. if you slowly accelerate it dosent yank as much. also eveytime the car yanks the engine light blinks simultaneously. wires were changed 4,000 miles ago plugs were changed this week. iv drained and filled the trans but not complete flush. and the problem still exists any help would be appreciated.

It is doubtful that the tranny is the problem. If the check engine light came on, the computer has diagnostic codes stored in it. retrieve these, and it will point to the problem.

well i did the jumping the terminal for the codes and no codes were present in the computer. so could it be the computer itself?

The computer is unlikely, but just out of curiosity, has the tranny fluid ever been changed?

Flush the transmission fluid.
Check for vacuum leaks.
Plugs need to be NGK, or Denso. Wires need to be OEM, or better quality (Vitek, Magnacore).
Distributor cap & rotor.

plugs are brand new i have oem distributor and rotor which have about 5,000 miles on them. trans was completly flushed at about 75,000 and now the car has 117,000. i just drained the trans not completely flushed a few days ago. with no change to the way the car is running. Now im thinking maybe bad gas is the problem. I have no idea Thanks though

New plugs don't mean good plugs. What kind are they? Domestic plugs don't run well for very long on Denso ignitioins. The same goes for wires. Generic replacements have horrible reputations.

Check for vacuum leaks, check/replace the distributor cap.

After checking the free stuff, I would replace the plugs with just whatever cheap, generic $1-2 NGK, or Denso plug you can find at an autoparts store. Bosch is known to start running horrible (Along with most american plugs) say between 5000 & 15000 miles. on many Denso systems. They pretty much always have reduced spark over time - the question is really more of a when. (Is it soon, is it in a couple years, maybe they last the whole lifespan before crapping out.)

I hate to say it... Ditch the plugs. (After the free stuff)
