Help! replacing front passanger door

How do I go about taking the current once off and replacing it iwth a new one. I've looked at both the door and the door panel and I'm at a loss. I don't want to damage the panel as I'll need it once the new door is put in. Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated!
