Eq settings

Does anyone know how to set the Auto Eq settings on the radio/CD player so that are remembered next time you turn it on? If I set my Auto Eq setting to say "Rock", when I go to turn the radio on the next time, it resets to something other than "Rock". Is that normal? Shouldn't the thing be smart enough to remember my settings?

Mine remembers the settings on a per-preset-channel basis. If yours is resetting with every power-on, you might see if the dealer has a S/W upgrade or can re-flash it.

Yea, I leave mine on Spatial (02 TB 6cd change w/bose) all the time as it sounds the best, and it is always on spatial no matter how many times I turn it on/off.

No, it doesn't. I was thinking about my G6. I checked the TB again, and it forgets the EQ setting every time I change channels. I agree that it SHOULD remember the settings, but I don't want jkomatsu to think his radio is broken based on my erroneous reports of how mine operates. Sorry.
