I'm looking at a 2004 Kia Optima. It has a salvage title so there is no warranty. The damage was left front fender and door, no structural damage. Everything has been repaired. It has 20,000 miles on it and they are selling it for $6,500. Does anyone have any thoughts to share with me?

the problem with a car like that is you never know what you are getting into.

It could have a host of problems down the road, electrical especially.

Unless its something you feel comfortable tinkering with it from time to time, I would stay away from it. It could turn into a nitemare.

Ive been a tech for nearly 20 years and a Kia tech for over 5 and I wouldnt want it.
