Does anyone have any hi performance internals if so where did they get it from (perferbaly for the 2.4L engine)

mgless. Not to be mean, but is it possible to make one thread asking for everything? I can tell you practically want us to build your car for you, that's not what we're really here for...but it would be nice to have everything you want in just 1 thread, not 100.
