h22 wiring harness

I Have a 89 teg and my orginal engine the piston & block have cracks.
I will need pistons and to resleeve the block.
By the way its a b16a1 engine.
I decided to swap my engine for a h22 manual but im not getting a harness anywhere.
Could i use a automatic harness instead.
Please give some advice.
